Vieux-Billard 3/3A

Invitation to tender

Geneva

2022 - 2023

For more than a quarter of a century, the Vieux-Billard building successively housed two of Geneva's leading private banking institutions. The five-storey building offered a single lettable area of 2'350 m2.

The aim of renovating the Vieux-Billard building was to meet new market demands, by offering a building capable of accommodating several tenants and providing floor space in line with current business needs.

The space was completely refurbished and new premises were created. In particular, each tenant has been provided with changing rooms and showers, as well as an interior space dedicated to soft mobility with a capacity of 40 bicycle spaces, all equipped with recharging stations.

The entrance area has been completely redesigned, and the circulation areas have been given a strong identity. In the entrance hall, the emphasis has been placed on the use of quality materials. The combination of travertine walls, a terrazzo floor and a ceiling of natural wood strips gives the space a warm, noble character.

On the courtyard side, a patio has been created by removing a large glass roof, bringing natural light to all the office areas set back from the street. On the 1st floor, two terraces complete the layout, providing outdoor spaces for relaxation.
